The time it takes to complete a course varies from student to student. Students are encouraged to maintain a consistent effort in their learning experience at AmPac. In order to derive the greatest benefit from the programs, students will, ideally, be working on one course and have two or three additional courses on hand. As soon as one course is completed and turned in, the student can then begin working on the next course.
Completed courses are received and critiqued by the AmPac faculty in the order they are received. The grade sheet, including faculty comments about the student’s performance, will be returned to the student within 20 business days. Projects are reviewed and critiqued within 30 days.
When circumstances prevent a student from completing the program, the student has two options. The student may terminate their enrollment, or they may seek a leave of absence. The faculty advisor may grant a six-month leave of absence. The Director of Admissions must approve a longer leave of absence. These requests must be made in writing to the University.
